# Native Web Upgrade Report

Issued UTC: 2026-06-29T00:00:00Z

## Summary

Mememtech.com was upgraded from a clean informational PHP site into a file-backed cognitive packet observatory using only native HTML5, CSS, vanilla JavaScript, plain PHP templates, static JSON, Markdown, and UAI files.

## Preserved constraints

- Existing routes remain available.
- No database was introduced.
- No framework runtime was introduced.
- No Composer or npm packages are required.
- No CDN scripts, analytics, or external runtime dependencies are used.

## Added routes

- `/observatory.php` for packet-flow visualization and event cards.
- `/agent.php` for agent-readable manifests, Markdown negotiation, and experimental no-op WebMCP preview.
- `/research.php` for source-grounded design notes.

## Native web techniques

- Semantic landmarks and one visible `main` per page.
- Progressive enhancement: content works without JavaScript.
- Native `details`, `dialog`, popover-ready controls, form validation, and copy buttons.
- CSS custom properties, cascade layers, container-aware layouts, reduced-motion/transparency/contrast/data support, forced-colors support, and cross-document view transition opt-in.
- Vanilla JavaScript for local packet preview, lifecycle inspection, search, copying, theme selection, decorative canvas, optional Web Audio tone, and feature-detected agent tool preview.

## Claim discipline

The site uses public-map language and avoids claims of consciousness, AGI, biological equivalence, legal personhood, guaranteed truth, or perfect safety.
